Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Traffic Operations Coordinator to become part of our dynamic and success-oriented team in Colorado.

Reporting Structure: The Traffic Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Traffic Operations.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-oriented setting. This position requires daily interaction with internal teams, external clients, vendors, and media providers across cable and broadcast platforms. A successful candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, proficiency with various software applications, the ability to manage data across multiple platforms, and excellent prioritization and communication skills, along with a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry and processing of deliverables to confirm receipt of all orders, revisions, commercial materials, and instructions from external inventory partners.
  • Manage materials from clients and partners to fulfill orders efficiently.
  • Review, organize, and distribute trafficking instructions for input.
  • Communicate revisions and cancellations to media outlets within established deadlines.
  • Order commercial materials for timely delivery to all media outlets.
  • Post-log processing, manage discrepancies, and fulfill various reporting requirements as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Preferred experience in media trafficking and familiarity with traffic and billing systems.
  • Knowledge of media operations, including broadcast, cable, and digital platforms.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Google Docs.
  • Adaptable work style; capable of managing demanding situations and responding positively to change.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; excellent organizational and prioritization skills; proactive self-starter with follow-through.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrates pride in work and a commitment to quality; positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this role, the employee will be required to sit or stand at a desk throughout the day while utilizing a computer. We maintain an open office layout to encourage collaboration and teamwork. The ability to perform job duties accurately and efficiently amidst background noise and distractions is essential.
