Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Traffic Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic and success-oriented team.

Reporting Structure: The Traffic Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Traffic Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry and processing of deliverables to confirm receipt of all orders, revisions, commercial materials, and instructions from external inventory partners.
  • Manage client and partner materials to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Perform quality control checks on daily operations to maintain high standards.
  • Quickly receive, review, and submit client orders at a high volume.
  • Organize and input trafficking instructions for efficient distribution.
  • Communicate revisions and cancellations to media outlets within established deadlines.
  • Order commercial materials for prompt delivery to all media outlets.
  • Handle post-log processing, manage discrepancies, and fulfill various reporting requirements as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in media trafficking and familiarity with traffic and billing systems.
  • Knowledge of media operations, including broadcast, cable, and digital platforms.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as Google Docs.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage demanding tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to sit or stand at a desk throughout the day while utilizing a computer. The open office layout encourages collaboration and teamwork, and candidates must be able to perform their duties accurately amidst background noise and distractions.
