- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our restaurant clients, leveraging your industry expertise to provide tailored solutions and address their unique needs.
- Product Advocacy: Highlight and demonstrate the benefits of our software, identifying opportunities to enhance the client's experience through additional features and functionality.
- Operational Efficiency and Profitability: Assist restaurant owners and operators in implementing systems that improve operational efficiency and profitability, utilizing your knowledge of inventory control systems and recipe costing.
- Training and Development: Utilize and update training documentation, developing new guides to improve training efficiency and effectiveness, and act as a liaison between clients and product development to advocate for feature requests and enhancements.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience: In a managerial food service position, with a strong background in inventory control systems and recipe costing.
- Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of operational efficiency and profitability best practices.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Process-Oriented: A strong ability to drive efficiency and process improvement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
