Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Operations Specialist to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our Marketing Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for domestic and international users of video streaming and transfer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for multiple technology products from a first-level perspective
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless coverage during shifts
  • Engage with users at all levels, from entry-level staff to senior executives
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and processes
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical users, including those whose primary language may not be English

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware and software support
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts and occasional weekend coverage

  • Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry
