Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Environmental Services team, ensuring effective training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the Environmental Services staff operates efficiently and maintains a safe environment for both staff and patients.
- Coordinate resources and services to fulfill the facility's needs while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of hospital premises, performing various environmental service tasks as required.
- Assist in onboarding new Environmental Services Technicians, providing guidance on job responsibilities, supply locations, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
