About the Role
This is a full-time position with a 1.0 FTE schedule, working Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The schedule may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Leadership Opportunities
- Cultivate team engagement and a culture of excellence through active coaching and mentoring for supervisors and their teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff, leaders, and providers to ensure the success of the ambulatory access program in multiple specialties.
- Manage projects for system-level strategic initiatives related to access and patient scheduling.

Requirements
- Minimum – Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Preferred – Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of one (1) year of related experience in a leadership role.
- Preferred – Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations.
- Preferred – Certification in Epic Prelude and/or Cadence, Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE 2, Agile, other), or Lean Six Sigma Certification.
