UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care services in our ambulatory clinics. As a key member of our team, you will partner with clinic managers to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, while providing nursing practice oversight and guidance to our RN staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign work activities of 16 RN staff across four psychiatry and behavioral health clinic locations.
  • Directly supervise RN clinical teams and lend expertise to all clinical staff.
  • Support faculty physicians, advanced practice providers, and a psychiatry residency training program.
  • Execute nursing interventions by collaborating with the interprofessional team to incorporate appropriate standards of care and practice and patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • Minimum - Two (2) years of RN experience.
  • Preferred - One (1) year of progressive relevant leadership experience.
  • Minimum - RN licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Preferred - Applicable clinical certification.
