About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team at Morgan Auto Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support the growth of the dealership
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use sales software
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
