About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Representative to join our team at Natures Medicine. As a Wholesale Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with wholesale partners and distributors, promoting our product line, and driving revenue growth in the wholesale segment of the cannabis market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and distributors to expand our product reach.
  • Provide product presentations, explaining features, benefits, and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure ongoing collaboration and sales growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with wholesale partners to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal cannabis regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Reliable transportation for in-person sales visits, as needed.
  • A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to the company's mission and values.
Physical Requirements
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above.
  • Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday.
  • Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time based on job duties listed above.
