Job Overview

At Case Management Consulting, LLC, we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom workflow solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom scope applications and ServiceNow core applications.
  • Develop and implement secure workflow solutions on all networks.
  • Provide Knowledge Management (KM) expertise to enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for secure deployments of applications.
  • Integrate the ServiceNow platform's API with third-party technologies.
  • Develop and design process and solution integration, workflow, design/configuration, and reporting.
  • Work in an Agile Development environment.

Requirements:

    • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
    • 2 or more years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
    • Experience with database design, JavaScript, and Agile SCRUM.
