Job Summary

Case Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to support the development of secure workflow tools and provide Knowledge Management expertise to enhance our clients' business processes.

This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly)

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom scope applications and ServiceNow core applications, utilizing out-of-the-box platform applications and conducting modifications to rapidly deliver solutions to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing custom scope applications and ServiceNow core applications.
  • Utilizing out-of-the-box platform applications and conducting modifications to rapidly deliver solutions to end-users.
  • Developing application-related fields, forms, views, modifications, and mapping roles and access controls.
  • Integrating the NOW platform's API with third-party technologies.
  • Developing and designing process and solution integration, workflow, design/configuration, and reporting.

Requirements:

    • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, Networks, Knowledge Management, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
    • 2 or more years of direct, hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform
    • Experience with database design, JavaScript, and Agile SCRUM.
