Job Summary

Hunt-Guillot & Associates is seeking a well-rounded Case Manager to support Shelter Programs located in the Fort Myers, FL area. The Case Manager will be responsible for supporting shelter activities, including serving as a screener, registration, and meal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen and register evacuees
  • Deliver meals during meal periods
  • Knowledgeable about Program policies and helps develop standard operating procedures
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment with respect to day-to-day management
  • Other tasks as directed
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • At least one (1) year of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass the State of Florida level II background check
  • Candidates must be located within daily commuting distance of Fort Myers, FL to be considered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Emergency shelter experience
