Cabinet Refinishing Specialist

N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Franklin is a locally owned wood refinishing franchise. We specialize in refinishing cabinets and floors with a proprietary finishing process. We are growing and looking for an individual to fill a full-time position of Cabinet Painter. This is a full-time 40-hour per week position. Some Saturday work will be expected. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include:
Removal and installation of cabinet doors and drawers
Transporting cabinet doors and drawers
Cleaning and masking frames
Maintaining and cleaning tools
Using waterborne and shellac-based paints
Utilizing HVLP systems to spray on our proprietary finishes
Requirements:
Must have experience with power and hand tools
Previous experience masking, painting, or spraying cabinets is a plus
High attention to detail and ability to follow a step-by-step process
Have a valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
Have a clean driving record
High school or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to work multiple locations
This is a physically demanding job. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Must be comfortable climbing ladders.
