About Our Client
Our client is a prominent hospitality group with notable NYC restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues in their portfolio. The Human Resources Generalist will support all employees with HR-related tasks like onboarding and answering questions about benefits and enrollment.

The Human Resources Generalist will report into the HR Director and will be part of a robust, supportive HR team that ensures a smooth day-to-day operation.

The ideal candidate must be able to go on-site full-time to the office in Lower Manhattan.

Job Description
  • Onboarding and Recruitment Support: Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, candidate communication, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain and update employee records, process payroll changes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits enrollment, address questions regarding healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness programs, and ensure timely communication of updates or changes.
