Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring the maintenance of accurate and confidential records, and providing exceptional customer service to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record Management: Reviews and maintains human resources files and records in accordance with legal requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Corrective Actions: Reviews corrective actions, terminations, and other reports to identify sources of errors and makes appropriate corrections.
  • Team Support: Provides support to the Human Resources Business Partner and Employee Relations Partner teams as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information and activities.
  • Research and Projects: Completes miscellaneous research, reports, files, and projects as requested.
  • Additional Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience preferably in an area of Human Resources.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated experience working with and maintaining confidential information.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated basic analytical and attention to detail.
  • Company Experience: Experience working with a multi-location company preferred.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage and complete projects, including adapting to changing priorities and schedules.
