About the Role

At Dynamic SLR, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Associate to join our team. As a key member of our solar installation team, you'll play a pivotal role in gathering technical data for solar system installations while fostering positive customer relationships to enhance retention rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site surveys for solar installations, prioritizing customer interaction and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather site assessment data, addressing concerns and inquiries effectively to uphold customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough physical site audits, utilizing auditing tools, including digital devices and measuring equipment.
  • Maintain and upload comprehensive site audit documents and photos to a cloud server for easy access and reference.
  • Identify and communicate any potential issues on homes that may impede solar installations, ensuring proactive problem-solving and customer transparency.
  • Collect all necessary electrical data required for project completion.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a customer-centric approach in all tasks.
Requirements
  • Physical capability to work on roofs and in attics, occasionally lifting 50+ pounds.
  • Valid state driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
  • Understanding site assessment methodologies, construction practices, and materials, coupled with a solid commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in working around electric panels and systems, ensuring safety and protocol adherence.
  • Ability to organize and maintain both physical and electronic documentation accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for conveying assessments and interacting with customers.
  • Familiarity with smartphone applications, digital cameras, and basic computer operations.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and equipment submittals.
  • Capacity to work independently while adhering to established processes and effectively communicating progress and findings to homeowners and management.
  • Adaptability to work in varying outdoor conditions and on rooftops, necessitating physical agility and balance.
  • Proficiency in handling and wearing necessary safety equipment, such as fall protection harnesses and personal protective gear.
  • Ability to hear and respond to verbal commands and warnings, ensuring a safe working environment.
