As a Technology Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless operation of our solar systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily phone support to Sunnova's customers, identifying and resolving system issues through remote troubleshooting and repair.
  • Partner with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, using online monitoring tools and Salesforce data to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Educate customers on normal system operation, reducing case load and improving overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily and monthly goals, working flexible shifts as required by the company.
  • Collaborate with the Contact Center Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role, with a focus on technology troubleshooting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, working under pressure with strict time deadlines.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evening shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Previous call center experience, with a focus on solar or renewable energy.
  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
