Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Process payments and make necessary changes to guest accounts
  • Enter and update reservation information in our system
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it's clean, welcoming, and organized

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to navigate various departments of our physical premises
