Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with Russ Herman - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. You will market appropriate products and services, establish customer relationships, and work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to meet customer needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to customers.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
