Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial role in addressing HR-related matters and initiatives. This position involves facilitating new employee onboarding, organizing training sessions, maintaining job specifications, overseeing tuition reimbursement programs, and managing HR documentation. A solid understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations, employee development, and strong skills in communication, analysis, and problem-solving are essential.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline OR equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of five years in an HR role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification from HRCI or SHRM
  • Experience in training design and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Seven or more years of experience in Human Resources
