- Manage the recruitment and selection process in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition, inclusive of position description review, intake discussions, participation in interview panels, and pre/onboarding new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and associates on various HR-related matters, including HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and present findings to leadership, developing action plans to drive business results.
- Execute HR processes to ensure a seamless associate experience throughout the associate lifecycle.
- May serve as process lead for investigations, accommodations, and leaves to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Work independently and display accountability by executing tasks in a timely manner with great accuracy.
- Seek opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the overall associate experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering; experience working in a global, matrix work environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software; current or prior experience with SAP and WorkDay is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus.
