About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to lead our internal client teams and forge client relationships across all lines of business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for most day-to-day client contact and cross-functional team operations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the account and drive revenue through proactive merchandising and strategic planning.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to identify potential risks and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate them.
  • Contribute to and/or develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews, and account reviews.
  • Oversee cross-departmental involvement and leverage necessary resources to drive business results.
  • Lead client communications, set expectations, and manage the quality of deliverables to deadline.
  • Develop and present recommendations and points of view that drive innovation for the business.
  • Oversee client budget management, the billing process, and contribute to forecasting.
  • Assist team leads in all facets necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Social or media trafficking experience is a plus.
  • Motivate cross-functional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team and selling it to the client.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
  • Persuasive storyteller who can work with/present to any client.
  • Follow the principles of a trusted advisor to the clients.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the client's business.
  • Act judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team, and direct reports.
  • Lead by example.
  • Establish the tone and culture of the team.
  • Anticipate and proactively address challenges/issues.
  • Conduct themselves with character and integrity.
