Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned A&D accounts
- Communicate the value of SIMULIA software to customers and facilitate access to executive levels
- Transform marketing and sales leads into opportunities and manage the pipeline to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate with customers while complying with 3DS engagement processes, government regulations, and ethical standards
- Provide accurate forecasts for rolling quarters and FY
- Conferred Bachelor's degree required (STEM-related concentration strongly preferred)
- 6+ years' experience in enterprise engineering software sales
- 2+ years of selling simulation software
- Consultative solution selling approach
- Experience managing major OEM accounts; Aerospace & Defense experience strongly preferred
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to be a team player, manage ecosystem and matrix relationships
- Maximize Sales Value
- Demonstrable skill utilizing Sales Processes & CRM Tools
- Proficiency in English required
