Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Department Coordinator to join our team at TMC. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our therapy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our licensed therapists, including ordering office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and preparing necessary forms for physician signature.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Assist with patient care under the direct supervision of licensed therapists, ensuring that all state and federal laws are followed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including charts, JBS, and other documentation, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with therapy staff, TCN, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and department operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One year of experience in the rehabilitation field, or equivalent health paraprofessional training.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
