Lead the Way in Preventative Healthcare

As a Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our team in Corpus Christi, TX, working alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that's guided by diversity and inclusion.

Key Highlights:
  • Quality-focused practice, typically seeing 14 to 16 patients per day (30 minutes per visit)
  • Measurable and rewarding quality of care metrics, with most providers earning $15,000 bonuses, paid semi-annually
  • 160 hours of PTO in the first year, plus 5 days for CME, and 8 national holidays
  • Strong clinical support team, including RNs, LVNs, MAs, nurse educators, case managers, clinic administrators, referral managers, coders, centralized scheduling, nurse advice line, and robust IT
  • Collaboration with primary care physicians (IM & FM), hospitalists, and networked sub-specialists
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary plus annual quality bonus with a target of $15,000
