About the Role

As a Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll work in a variety of settings, providing high-quality care to patients while enjoying the flexibility of a float position. You'll be part of a team that values work-life balance and offers a range of benefits to support your well-being.

Requirements
  • Certification: Hold certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Licensure: Be licensed through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or the Texas State Medical Board, or have the ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Language skills: Be comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population, and bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency is a plus.
