Role Responsibilities

As the Executive Assistant at Recruitz Staffing, you will be integral in supporting our CEO and ensuring the efficient functioning of the executive office. Your duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing the CEO's intricate calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Serving as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drafting and refining correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Organizing and managing files and documentation
  • Coordinating executive meetings, including board sessions and leadership gatherings
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Assisting with special projects and conducting research as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and project execution

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a healthcare or fast-paced corporate setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of management
