Job Title: Carrier & Partner Relationship Manager

Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a highly skilled Carrier & Partner Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and partners to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Partner Growth and Development Leader to execute the Affiliates strategic operations and financial plan.
  • Work with the Lightwell Managing Partner team and Affiliates Operations team members to develop strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Review data analyst reports to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and partners to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule agency checkpoint meetings.
  • Collect and communicate quarterly agency survey feedback.
  • Consolidate and report market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain dedicated producer sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with BMIC Regional Sales Managers and Sales Operations Team to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Provide technical support to team members through training and mentoring.
  • Assist in the recruiting and interview process of sales and service staff.
  • Assist in the coaching and mentorship of dedicated producer sales team.
  • Assist in achieving required staffing levels within Lightwell agencies.
  • Attend and communicate performance results at agency staff meetings.
  • Identify and close gaps in KPI performance.
  • Assist in the coordination of individual Lightwell agencies Growth/Strategy Summits.
  • Assist in the successful planning, stakeholder coordination, and promotion of national Lightwell events.
  • Collaborate with elected Lightwell Executive Council on special projects and initiatives.
  • Champion other key Affiliate Operations projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Five years of insurance industry experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, project management, strategic development, or insurance-related fields.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of agency and carrier operations, product development, program administration, marketing strategies, strategic planning, and general insurance practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to organize, oversee, and manage assigned staff effectively.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
