Regional Sales Representative

A Territory Manager at The Hillman Group is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in assigned territories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Building strong relationships with customers and in-store management
- Providing customized support for customers' retail structure and inventory management needs
Additional responsibilities include:
- Cultivating relationships with in-store management and personnel
- Selling in relevant product lines to grow the customer's business
- Executing a regular and consistent call cycle, comprised of sales calls that are well prepared for and centered around meeting sales objectives and supporting customers
A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be accountable for sales performance measures, and be responsive to customer and organizational communications.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The Territory Manager will work in a variety of retail environments, including cramped quarters, and will be required to travel daily. The role requires medium physical demands, including lifting up to 30 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
