Job Opportunity: Project Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Sales Representative to join our team at Mechanical Systems Company, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our customer base in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property management teams, and decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Present the company's products and services to potential customers and negotiate sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the HVAC and plumbing industry
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass drug and background screens
  • Basic computer proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong time and activity management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in making cost estimates for commercial and residential construction projects is a plus
