Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and share your expertise with colleagues.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care and improve patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
  • One (1) year of nursing experience.
