Key Responsibilities:- Keying, processing, and analyzing health claims to determine extent of company's liability and entitlement.
- Researching and analyzing claims issues to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
- Responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Working with various stakeholders to resolve claims-related issues.
- High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of claims processing experience.
- Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- FHPS experience.
