We partner with leading technology platforms and service vendors to deliver thorough, compliant, and timely construction job file management, allowing our clients to focus on selling, building, and billing.

Job Summary

Balance Claims LLC is seeking an experienced inside sales Account Growth Specialist to work from our Indianapolis, IN Corporate headquarters.

This is a full-time W2 employee position with competitive base salary and aggressive incentive and commission plan.

You will be joining our well-established sales department and will be responsible for managing an annual book of business of ~$1.5 Million.

Our sales team is split into a Hunter and Farmer role, with this position focusing on managing existing clients, including major accounts, newer accounts coming out of implementation, and all things in between.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Manage and grow client account base with clients' best interest and market trends in mind.
  2. Work closely with Balance's accounting, customer service, production, management, and senior leadership teams in an accountable fashion.
