Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer member telephone calls and provide support with daily tasks, including directing members to the proper services needed, educating members, problem solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services.
  • Assist members and providers with questions and concerns, including finding providers/services for members, arranging transportation, answering billing/claims status questions, resolving claim issues, and assisting with pharmacy issues.
  • Meet department standards for calls answered and call documentation entered.
  • Participate in departmental projects and quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Burmese speaking required.
  • Candidates must reside in Michigan, Indiana, or Ohio.
