We are seeking an experienced Transportation Project Coordinator to join our team at the State of New Mexico. This role involves providing leadership and oversight to a Geodetic Surveying Field Unit, ensuring that transportation projects are accurately mapped and maintained. The successful candidate will have experience with GPS surveying methodologies, Trimble instruments, and Autodesk/AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership abilities, enabling them to effectively manage and support staff through training and performance evaluations. Working conditions involve extensive personal computer and phone usage, as well as statewide overnight travel, exposure to construction equipment, traffic, heights, heavy lifting, insects, pollen, rough terrain, and inclement weather conditions.

A competitive salary range of $81,308 - $130,093 annually, plus benefits, is offered to the successful candidate.
