Job Description
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at GMTCare, LLC. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients between homes and medical facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently.

Key responsibilities include safe and professional patient transport, efficient use of map software for navigation, communication with dispatch for instructions and updates, and adherence to safety protocols and maintenance checks for vehicle readiness. A valid New Mexico driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Additionally, you must be able to lift at least 125 pounds and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
