Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Costa Mesa Marriott. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to associates, coordinating recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Associate Support: Provide assistance to associates with inquiries and concerns, and respond to all interviewed applicants within the required timeframe.
  • Recruitment Management: Coordinate the recruiting process, schedule interviews, and process related paperwork.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date department and associate files, create and update HR bulletin boards, and distribute paychecks.
  • Benefits Administration: Explain benefits to associates, assist with enrollment and claims processing, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
  • Skill Set: Strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of hotel operations, and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
Compensation:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
