Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, selecting and building solutions to remedy pest presence, and performing pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pest Control - Conduct thorough inspections to determine the source of pest activity, select and build solutions to remedy pest presence, and perform pest treatments to create a pest-free environment.
- Customer Experience - Build strong relationships with customers through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits, listen to customer needs, and offer solutions to pest issues.
- Continuous Learning - Stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, technology, and regulations in the pest control industry through provided training and education.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently.
