Key Responsibilities

Pest Management - Perform inspections to identify the origin of pest activity. Develop and implement a tailored solution using products and services to eliminate pest presence. Execute pest treatments and install products to ensure a pest-free environment. Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment. Customer Engagement – Foster customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to pest challenges, recommending suitable services to address their concerns. Inform customers about additional service options that may add value. Ongoing Education – Gain expertise in the range of available products and services through provided, paid training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the pest management industry. Participate in employer-sponsored training on new methods, products, and services within the pest control domain. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications as required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Position Requirements

Successfully complete pre-employment background screening Hold a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle driving record check Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED Experience in customer-facing roles preferred

Skills and Attributes

Strong attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn and become knowledgeable in pest management Ability to work independently after a training period
