We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at CareMax Inc.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist.
  • They must be proficient in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing medical records.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing patients to the appropriate area.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up on rescheduling and no-shows.
  • Verifying patient insurance and updating medical records.
  • Collecting co-pays and conducting end-of-day reconciliations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $42,000 - $50,000 per year.
