Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Chronic Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting patient assessments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Float to various clinics during and after training, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Work closely with PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg may be beneficial, but not required.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus.
