Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chronic Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
  • Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings (optional)
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification (optional)
