Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
