Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to address patient needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists and other healthcare services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
