Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our team of customer-facing staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Branch Lead Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring our team members to develop their customer service skills, supervising customer interactions, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell PNC products. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor customer-facing staff to develop their customer service skills and improve customer satisfaction
- Supervise customer interactions to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell PNC products
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement branch goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, sales, and leadership. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and staff. In addition, you will need to have a strong understanding of PNC's products and services, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

In terms of salary, we estimate that the base salary for this role will be in the range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for a bonus based on your performance.
