Strategic Account Manager

As a Strategic Account Manager - Global Customer Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability for our key accounts in the wood coatings industry. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies
- Manage and analyze sales data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial coatings industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
