Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor tellers to improve their customer service skills and knowledge of PNC products and services.
• Supervise customer transactions and ensure that all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to PNC products and services and provide guidance on how to make these referrals.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of PNC products and services.
