Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist proposal teams with SCIF/SWA support functions
  • Support proposal manager and proposal analyst with preparation for proposal reviews and printed materials
  • Provide proposal final production support
  • Lead administrative tasks on high-side SharePoint
  • Work with IT and facilities to troubleshoot issues in the workplace
  • Collaborate with security to vet employees and visitors for access to secured spaces
  • Assist with moving materials in and out of the workspace to support proposal production

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of related experience or 2+ years with a bachelor's degree
  • SharePoint, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat skills
  • TS/SCI security clearance
  • Organizational, self-starter, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
