Data Management and Quality Control:

As an HRIS Specialist at Deltek, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data. This includes conducting data quality checks, verifying the accuracy of data, and identifying potential issues to recommend improvements and resolutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the status of projects is communicated effectively. Additionally, you will work with vendors to resolve issues and plan, evaluate, and identify deadlines for projects.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

As an HRIS Specialist, you will assist in delivering ad-hoc reports in a timely manner and build and update process documents. You will also propose, build, and design automated reports in Cognos based on customer needs.

System Maintenance and Enhancement:

You will be responsible for ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner and providing guidance to the team on how to fix issues. Additionally, you will be the point of contact and support for upgrades, system enhancements, data migration, testing, and other technical projects for HR Systems.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You should also be proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

No travel is required for this role.
