Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SaaS Healthcare system integrations and data migrations
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand and provide feedback on complex functional requirements
  • Identify gaps and technical limitations, propose solutions and workarounds, and formalize solutions in technical design documents
  • Manage technical dependencies for the project
  • Convert non-technical client requests to technical requests/requirements on internal teams
  • Write project and SDLC documentation
  • Lead Client meetings when appropriate
  • Work with Data Migration sub-contract company to ensure data migrations run smoothly
  • Analyze and ensure performance requirements are met
  • Identify short-term solutions, workarounds to avoid project/issues blockages/stoppages
  • Run UAT and manage issue process with Support and Client

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS Experience
  • Large System Integration Experience
  • Healthcare Experience (HL7, EMR, etc.)
